Getting Things Started....

Who said that February is not just as good a time as any to start working on your goals?!?! The New Year is not the only time you can make resolutions....you can begin working toward your goals anytime! You do not need to wait until Monday morning, or the next time you get to the gym, or until January 1, 2011...you can start right now. Right at this moment you can sit up straighter, walk to a waste basket in another room, order a salad for lunch, or pencil in an appointment with the gym. Getting started is the hardest part. You will be surprised at how much better and less stressed you will feel once you take the initiative to get things going in the direction you want. So if you are waiting for the right time to get back in shape, eat cleaner, be better at your job, be a better parent, whatever...today IS the day, right now IS the right time.
Commit to yourself...YOU ARE WORTH IT!
