4th of July BBQ

Worried you will not be able to stick to your healthy eating plan during summertime BBQs? Don't fret...here are 5 BBQ food staples that you can eat without straying from your plan even ever so slightly:
  1. Grilled Chicken
  2. Grilled Fish
  3. Corn on the Cob (no butter)
  4. Fresh Grilled Veggies
  5. Watermelon
